Project description

After acquiring the 100% shares of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC in September 2015, the top management of “Tashir” Group of Companies took the commitment to implement an integrated Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Information Security & Energy Management System which will then be certified by a certification body. 

As the key experts of the project team under Management Mix LLC, our experts provided support and expertise for realization of such challenging assignment at one of the largest employers of Armenia. 

Services rendered

• Pre-assessment audit based on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 27001 & ISO 50001 International Standards
• Formulation of policies, process maps, procedures, work instructions, methodologies, standard data collection & reporting forms
• Designation and establishment of the project steering management committees
• Training on Processes and Work Flow Management
• Awareness sessions on the requirements of HSE series
• Training on the design of an Integrated Management system:
• Editing the HSE Manual
• Development of procedures and system documentation
• Development of internal and external communication plan by defining adequate methods and techniques
• Development of Maintenance & Calibration Guidelines for equipment & machinery Identification & Management including monitoring and measurement devices
• Formalizing the processes
• OHS risks and environmental & social impact assessment
• Identification & formalization of mitigation schemes per risk
• Implementation of the Internal Audit System
• Preparation of performance reports for donor organizations, including Environmental and social impact assessment reports.
• Establishing an Energy Management System, including development of an energy baseline & energy profile for Low and High voltage electric networks, identification on energy saving opportunities (or opportunities for reducing energy losses in electric networks), Identification of energy saving opportunities at administrative buildings of ENA CJSC.
