Introduction
We have hands on experience in developing and implementing management systems based on international management standards such as but not limited to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO/IEC27001, ISO45001 and ISO50001.
Our interventions include the following key stages:
Diagnosis audit – evaluation of the current status of the company and identification of needs and expectations of interested parties
Risk assessment – identification of risks (or aspects) and their impact on human health and safety, products/services quality, the environment and different aspects of the organization
Documenting the management system – development and implementation of a comprehensive management system including policies, procedures, work instructions, actions plans
Training & capacity building for the personnel and interested parties who interact with the management system
Internal audit & performance evaluation of the management system which is followed by presentation of a comprehensive report including findings, observations and recommendations for improvements.
Previous experience
Although we have collaborated with a long list of organizations from a wide domain of industries, it is worth to mention assignments realized at the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC, Teghout CJSC of Vallex Mining, Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine, National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) and Armenia Wine Company.
Each of the above has been a unique project in its nature and challenged the project team in terms of the nature of the organization and the management standard to be developed and implemented.
Below is a brief description of actions at each organization:
Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC
We provided technical assistance to ENA in the process of obtaining a multi-million USD loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for rehabilitation of the electric networks infrastructures.
Our interventions have been in terms of implementation and reporting on environmental, health & safety action/mitigation plan(s) along with assistance to ENA in Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).

Teghout CJSC – Vallex Mining
We provided technical assistance in developing and implementing a comprehensive environmental, health and safety management system based on ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
During our interventions we have trained more than 600 employees from different levels of the organization on risk management, safety at work (working at height, working at confined spaces, working with hazardous materials, etc.), process management and internal audit topics.
As a result of our interventions Teghout CJSC was awarded a certificate against the requirements of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 international standards by TUV Rheinland.

Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC)
ZCMC was are first exposure to the mining industry where we planned and conducted a comprehensive audit at all departments, workshops and sites to assess the conformity of their operations and management system against the requirements of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 international standards.
At the end of our interventions we presented a detailed report of our findings and observations along with a long list of recommendations and actions in order to improve the management system at ZCMC.

National Center for Disease Control (NCDC)
We provided technical assistance to NCDC in order to implement an information security management system according to the requirements of ISO/IEC27001 international standard. Our interventions included on-site diagnosis audit, risk assessment, development of policies and procedures and coaching the staff for implementation and maintenance of the management system.
As a result of our interventions NCDC was awarded a certificate against the requirements of ISO/IEC27001 by TUV Rheinland.

Armenia Wine Company
We were assigned to realize a very interesting project at Armenia Wine, during which we had to learn the details of winemaking in order to develop procedures and work instructions according to the requirements of ISO9001 international standard.
Although the intention of the top management of Armenia Wine was not to obtain an ISO9001 certificate, they operate and maintain a mature quality management system.

“Nairi Insurance” Insurance company – Development & implementation of quality and information security management system according to ISO9001 and ISO/IEC27001.
ArmSwissBank Private Investment Banking – Development of a corporate strategy along with sales and marketing systems.
